Challenge
The filing process involved repeatedly preparing an official document through the Madrid regional government's (Comunidad de Madrid) platform, a highly manual and repetitive task.
The work took up the team's time, was prone to small errors, and was a point of friction in employees' day-to-day work.
Solution
The chosen approach was to build a bot to automate the preparation and generation of the official document, drawing on the information already available in the client's internal systems and on the way the Comunidad de Madrid platform works.
