Automation · End-to-end workflows
Processes that run on their own, from start to finish
Automating a single task saves minutes; automating the whole flow, from the incoming email to the recorded invoice, frees up whole days. We connect your systems, remove the manual work and keep every step visible.
Tell us which process eats your time How we work
- ERP, CRM, email and cloud apps, all connected
- n8n, Power Automate, Odoo, Azure Data Factory and APIs
- Every workflow monitored, controlled and traceable
The problem
Your systems don't talk to each other, so your team bridges the gap
You've invested in tools, but the work still gets passed from hand to hand.
Work that keeps repeating
Copying data from one system to another, rebuilding the same report every week, chasing approvals. Processes live in people's heads, and growth runs into the limits of the team's hours.
Fragile integrations
The ERP, the CRM and the apps are all there, but in silos. Information doesn't flow on its own, and errors show up at the worst possible moment.
Piecemeal automation isn't enough
A workflow that covers half the process still needs someone to keep an eye on it. That's why we design the whole process, with its exceptions and who decides on each one.
What we do
Automation that adds value, not automation for its own sake
Process automation
We identify and prioritize what can be automated and remove repetitive tasks, with fewer errors and shorter turnaround times.
Systems integration
ERP, CRM, cloud platforms and apps connected, with integration workflows that are designed and maintained.
Event-driven automation
Processes that kick off on their own, in real time, when something happens in the business or in a system.
AI-powered automation
Classifying and enriching information, spotting anomalies and preparing drafts within the workflow itself.
Automation in Odoo
Native ERP automations and integrations between Odoo and the rest of your systems.
Control and traceability
Monitoring for every workflow, alerts when something fails and a record of every run, so you can scale without losing control.
How we work
End to end, in four steps
Map the whole process
From the trigger to the last step, with its exceptions and who decides on each one.
Prioritize by impact
We start with whatever takes the most time and carries the least risk: we automate what adds value, not everything that can be automated.
Build and connect
With the tool that best fits your case, testing every workflow before it goes live.
Measure and expand
We track every run and build on what already works: automation in stages, measurable and scalable.
Which tools
The right tool for each process
We don't tie your process to a single platform: we choose whichever fits each case best.
| Tool | When we choose it |
|---|---|
| n8n | Workflows that connect many different apps, with full control over your data: it can run on your own infrastructure. |
| Power Automate | When your company works in Microsoft 365 and the process runs through email, Teams or SharePoint. |
| Odoo automations | When the process lives inside the ERP: activities, reminders, documents and invoices. |
| Azure Data Factory | For moving and transforming data between systems and data platforms. |
| Python and APIs | When no off-the-shelf tool covers the case and custom development is needed. |
Case studies
Operations that already work differently
Like the n8n automation of a marketing agency's internal processes, which frees up 1 to 2 working days a week.
Questions
Frequently asked questions
The one that repeats the most, follows clear rules and takes up the most time. If a mistake in it is also costly, it's an even better candidate.
It depends on where your process lives. If everything runs through Microsoft 365, Power Automate is a natural fit; if it connects lots of different apps or you want your data on your own infrastructure, n8n is usually the better option. We'll tell you once we've seen the case.
You find out. Every workflow is monitored, sends an alert when something goes wrong and keeps a record of every run, so you know what happened and can pick it back up.
That's not our approach. Repetitive work goes to the machine, and the time it frees up goes into supervising, deciding and looking after clients.
Even better: it's where we have the most experience. Many automations can live inside the ERP itself, and we connect it to the rest of your systems.
