Website, CRM, eLearning, enrollment, and payments unified in Odoo for an education provider
PROMERITS migrated its website and rolled out, in phases, a complete platform on Odoo and Odoo.sh: web design, CRM, eLearning, catalog, enrollment, and payment gateway in one ecosystem that automates the student journey, from lead capture to course access.

PROMERITS's main goal was to consolidate a modern, coherent digital presence while integrating its academic and commercial processes in a single environment on Odoo. Until then, it had relied on disconnected tools that made it hard to trace the student journey from lead capture through enrollment and learning.
The organization saw an opportunity to unify website, CRM, eLearning, and payments in one continuous flow that would improve the user experience, cut manual work, and allow its course offering to scale in an orderly way. PROMERITS brought a clear view of its processes and a committed team, which made a progressive, multi-phase approach possible.
Solution
The project was structured as an initial website migration followed by four functional phases on Odoo.sh:
- Web design and migration: the legacy site was analyzed in depth to understand the identity, audiences, and educational proposition. On that basis, the pillars of the new visual identity were defined, audiovisual content was produced, and a modern, responsive homepage was designed. Key pages were developed, including Programs and Admissions & Credit Transfer, complemented by a template sales landing page. The launch included basic on-page SEO and indexing in Google Search Console.
- Technical foundation on Odoo.sh and enrollment form: the database was created on Odoo.sh, users were set up, and an enrollment form was built that captured structured demand from day one and established the traceability needed for CRM and eLearning.
- Integrated CRM and eLearning: a CRM flow tailored to lead capture and admissions was designed and connected to the web forms. In parallel, eLearning was configured (courses, lessons, and assessments), aligning the academic structure with the catalog to enable automatic course activation after a sale.
- Product catalog and historical migration: each course was modeled as a product linked to its eLearning content. The historical import from HubSpot was prepared using mapping and validation scripts, reducing errors and ensuring data continuity.
- Payment gateway: Redsys was configured through an OCA module to complete the payment circuit and close the end-to-end flow, from lead capture to course access.
Certain technical details have been adapted or omitted to comply with NDAs and information security policies.
