Centralizing and analyzing organizational well-being at Iberdrola España
As part of its commitment to sustainability and people's well-being, Iberdrola España runs initiatives to measure psychosocial risks and improve the employee experience through data, and turned to Singular Beacon for support in making the most of that information.
Challenge
The Occupational Risk Prevention area wanted to make use of the information available on organizational well-being to gain a comprehensive, ongoing view of how its workforce was doing. The goal was to turn the data collected into useful insight for designing preventive actions and strengthening health and well-being in the workplace.
Solution
Singular Beacon supported Iberdrola España in developing analyses and assets that make it possible to work with well-being information in an automated way.
The team helped build a dedicated data model and a reporting system that integrates different sources, making it easier to track key indicators and produce dynamic reports. The approach relied on applied analytics and automation to enhance the Prevention area's analytical capabilities.
Results
Thanks to the project, Iberdrola España now has a tool that centralizes well-being information and makes trends and patterns visible. This has improved its ability to diagnose and monitor workplace well-being, reinforcing a more proactive, data-driven culture within the Occupational Risk Prevention area.
