Born from a need of ours
When standard Odoo didn't solve something in our day-to-day work, we solved it. None of them was designed with selling in mind.
We use them every day
Singular Beacon runs on them: invoicing, projects, documents, security and people. If something breaks, we notice before anyone else.
Tested in production
They have been running with real data and real users, not just in a test environment, and they evolve with every Odoo release.
What we really sell
Anyone can write a module today. The hard part is everything else
With artificial intelligence, anyone can build and maintain a module. That's why we don't sell lines of code: we sell what stands behind them.

What they solve
Modules by area of the business
Each area groups one or more modules that install on top of standard Odoo. The detail of each one, in the meeting.
Finance and treasury
Invoice review status, customers' payment behaviour and credit limits, a treasury forecast matched against actual payments, and a SEPA mandate linked to the subscription.
Documents and signing
Signing with your own digital certificate (FNMT, DNIe or any qualified one), an attachment retention policy with a weekly alert and cold storage of old attachments.
Security and privacy
Portal sign-in with a digital certificate, password-free sign-in, anonymisation of production copies, a data protection checkbox on web forms and surveys with restricted access.
Projects and planning
Scope, milestones and sprints, confidential tasks inside a shared project, staffing from the plan, committed dates with their deviation and a quality survey, and timesheets released from the sales order.
Sales and proposals
Each opportunity's team and project in the CRM, its linked documents, and commercial proposals with sections, standard types, quotations and versions.
People and talent
Public employee profile, performance appraisal across 18 dimensions, anonymous internal 360, a talent map and privacy of appraisals.
Public administration
Collects the electronic notifications and communications from the administrations (DEHú today) and handles them inside Odoo.
Data, reports and support
A single identity for every contact, reports with one design, ISO-format dates, tickets with cause, diagnosis and solution, and a heat map of internal communication.
Training, video and web
Training pills in Odoo eLearning, video publishing to Instagram and TikTok from Social Marketing, and background video and photos on the web.
How to buy
Annual licence, and the module is yours
Prices exclude VAT. Pay for one year and you keep that version for good; renewing gives you the new versions and support.

Installation and set-up

€50/hour, with an estimate up front
The licence doesn't include the set-up. We give you an estimate of hours per module beforehand, so you know the full cost from the start.

How we work
Sold after a meeting, not from a shopping cart
We only work with these modules with trusted companies and with our own customers. They are not on sale to the general public.

You tell us what you need and we look at which modules fit.
Demo and proposal
We show you the modules working in a demo with sample data and give you a proposal with price and hours.
Licence and installation
We sign the annual licence and leave the modules installed and configured.
Support and renewal
We look after you while the licence is valid; when you renew, you get the new versions.
