What will you do?
We are looking for someone who wants to see real results in our clients' processes. From day one, your work will have a direct impact, as you take part in designing, developing and deploying applied AI and digital transformation solutions, combining technical judgment, quality of execution and a business focus.
You will play a key role in projects where technology is not an end in itself, but a tool to automate processes, improve decision-making and generate measurable value, working with autonomy and responsibility, and with the team's support whenever needed.
These are the key activities you will take on:
- Design and implement AI solutions applied to business that automate processes and deliver real impact for clients.
- Provide technical leadership on generative AI and advanced analytics projects, from solution design through to deployment in production.
- Integrate AI models and services into enterprise platforms and existing systems, ensuring quality, scalability and maintainability.
- Work closely with clients and internal teams to translate business needs into effective technical solutions.
- Act as the technical reference on projects, making key decisions on architecture, approach and execution.
Management Responsibilities
- Coordinate the planning, execution and monitoring of technology projects from a technical perspective, ensuring delivery on objectives, deadlines and quality.
- Help define scope, requirements and deliverables, documenting solutions in a clear and maintainable way.
- Interact with clients, both internal and external, to understand their needs, align expectations and present progress and results.
- Facilitate and lead working sessions aimed at identifying opportunities for improvement and defining digital solutions with real impact.
- Support and mentor mid-level and junior profiles, reviewing code, providing technical feedback and promoting good development, architecture and security practices.
AI
- Design and implement solutions based on generative AI and AI models applied to business, using APIs and specialized tools.
- Integrate AI capabilities into business processes to automate tasks, improve operational efficiency and support decision-making.
- Translate functional needs into technical solutions that are viable, scalable and maintainable, with a focus on real, measurable use cases.
- Evaluate, adapt and evolve AI solutions in production environments, prioritizing quality, security and technical sustainability.
- Analyze, prepare and transform datasets for use in AI models and advanced analytics.
- Define strategies for experimentation, validation and continuous improvement of models and intelligent solutions.
- Monitor the performance of solutions based on AI, identifying opportunities for optimization and further development.
- Help define data pipelines and analytical workflows that support AI solutions end to end.
- Apply good practices in MLOps / AI lifecycle, including model versioning, monitoring and quality control.
Development or Integration
- Develop backend services and APIs in Python to orchestrate AI models, data pipelines and integrations with enterprise systems.
- Integrate AI platforms and external services (LLMs, analytics engines, cognitive services) into existing architectures.
- Design technical solutions that connect data, AI models and business applications, ensuring consistency and maintainability.
- Take part in designing cloud architectures for deploying AI solutions in production environments (mainly Azure).
- Help implement data flows and automated processes that feed and support AI solutions.
- Ensure good practices in development, versioning and code quality in AI and advanced analytics solutions, using Git-based version control systems.
Maintenance and Support
- Guarantee the stability, availability and proper functioning of the solutions deployed in cloud environments.

Contribute to the ongoing maintenance and evolution of existing solutions, prioritizing reliability, security and the client experience.
One month
From day one we will welcome you at our offices, located at Av. de Ciudad de Barcelona 132, 1st floor, where you will begin settling into the team.
During the first few weeks you will complete your onboarding, getting to know Singular's culture, our working tools, internal processes and ongoing projects. You will have the support you need to understand the technical and business context in which we operate.
During this first month you will meet with your manager to set clear objectives and a three-month work plan, and you will start taking on your first technical responsibilities, taking an active part in real projects and adding value from an early stage.
Three Months
After three months you will have started adding value consistently, both internally and on projects with clients and partners.
You will be actively involved in implementing several solutions, having gained the autonomy, context and confidence to carry out complex tasks and make sound technical decisions.
At this point, if things are progressing as expected, you will have more room to be proactive and creative, helping to improve, optimize and refine internal processes, and you may lead a specific initiative or line of work on your own.
Six Months
After six months, you will have gained an overall view of the projects and the business, carrying out your role with confidence and a high degree of autonomy, and needing less and less supervision.
You will be a technical reference in your field, able to propose improvements, lead solutions and deliver sustained value to clients and the team.
At this stage you will have a meeting with management to share impressions and assess the mutual fit between your professional expectations and Singular's project. In addition, together with your manager, you will have identified key areas for development and training aimed at boosting your impact and growth within the team.
What do we ask for?
The basics...
- Solid experience in Python development, applied to data, automation and Artificial Intelligence solutions.
- Ability to design and integrate AI solutions in business environments.
- Experience working with relational databases (mainly PostgreSQL) and an understanding of business-oriented data models.
- Experience working with APIs and external services, integrating third-party systems and platforms.
- Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Hands-on experience in Analytics, Machine Learning and/or Artificial Intelligence (Pandas, Scikit learn and TensorFlow).
You'll blow us away if you also...
- Ability to design and integrate AI solutions in business environments, especially on platforms such as Odoo.
- You have taken part in projects involving applied AI, advanced analytics or data science, taking solutions from idea to production.
- Knowledge of web technologies (JavaScript, HTML/CSS) in support of integrations and user-facing solutions.
- You have experience in technology consulting or ERP implementation, working directly with clients.
- Good level of technical English.
- You have experience deploying solutions in cloud environments and you understand the lifecycle of models and systems in production.
What do we offer?
We offer a permanent contract with pay in line with the candidate's experience and merit. Pay is governed by our remuneration policy and the contract is subject to the collective agreement for consulting, information technology, and market and opinion research companies. In addition, all our employees benefit from our incentive policy.

Salary
€19 - 28 k/year
+ incentives
for 40h/week or the equivalent for shorter working hours. Final salary to be agreed based on your résumé, previous experience and internal assessment.

When and where will you work?
- Remote-friendly work, at least 20% of the time and up to 60%, subject to the project, the client and your manager's approval.
- As for where you live, the only requirement is to reside in the Community of Madrid and/or be able to get to the workplace, or to meetings that may come up unexpectedly, within an hour and a half.
- The standard working day is 9:00 to 18:30 Monday to Thursday and 9:00 to 15:00 on Fridays. Everyone arranges their working day within the 8:00 to 20:00 window to complete their 40 weekly hours as they see fit, always trying to meet the needs of the project and the client. We have an ERP (Odoo) where we log our hours to keep detailed track of the effort spent so that we can bill it to our clients.
- You will have 23 days of vacation per year by contract under the collective agreement, to which we add 2 extra days granted by the company if you meet your objectives.

Review of Your Application
Two weeks
This step takes us about two weeks, during which we will review your CV and cover letter in detail to prepare for the interview.

One week
We will call you to check that you are still on the job market and interested in the position. We will answer any questions you may have ahead of the first interview.
Technical Test
One week
You will be given a technical test to complete online. We assume you may use the internet or any modern technology to solve it. What we expect is that you can tackle the different problems by finding suitable solutions and understanding in detail what is being asked. This will enable you to defend it convincingly in the technical interview we will hold with you later on.
Technical Interview
One week
You will have it with one of the company's consultants. In this interview we will review the technical test and go deeper into it to understand your knowledge and experience in detail. We will ask questions about your soft and hard skills, to get to know you better, and we will set you a practical exercise or case.
Cultural Interview
One week
In this interview you will meet one or more members of the senior team, and together we will consider whether you are a good fit for the company and whether the company is a good fit for you.

How do we work?
Our working philosophy is agile and project-oriented. Odoo is our CORE system (ERP, CRM, HCM, PPM, CMS and DMS), which we complement with the Microsoft ecosystem for email, office software and communication.
In terms of governance, we plan on a weekly basis and hold dailies and weeklies so that progress is coordinated and we can help each other with any blockers that arise. We send follow-up minutes to clients so they can keep track of the project's progress, and we keep unit cost control for each project. To do so, we log our hours against the different projects we work on.
To make asynchronous work easier with such diverse teams, you will share your experience as explicit knowledge by creating and/or updating documentation and procedures. That way, the rest of the team can consult it, update it and benefit from it.
You will be in continuous training, so if you come across something you lack the qualifications or experience for, you will have the opportunity to train in it.
The standard dress code is business casual, which for men means wearing a shirt, long pants and closed shoes, and for women a formal, understated equivalent, avoiding sportswear or overly casual clothing.

Our profession demands a close relationship with our clients, so most of our consultants visit them or work some days at the client's own offices. In addition, we try to get together at least three times a week at our offices.
