Challenge

As a digitalization agent, Carlos Pascual needed a robust, centralized platform to present his services, manage the full Kit Digital invoicing cycle, and integrate mandatory external processes such as FACe, Verifactu, and bank reconciliation. His growing business called for an environment that would eliminate manual tasks, reduce duplication, and make it easier to meet the program's administrative requirements, with a smooth experience both for his internal operations and for his clients.

Solution

A modular Odoo implementation was carried out, deploying the invoicing, accounting, and website components. The work included:

  • Configuration of the invoicing and accounting modules, adapted to Kit Digital requirements.
  • Integration with FACe for issuing electronic invoices and with Verifactu to meet record-keeping obligations.
  • Bank connection to automate reconciliations and simplify financial operations.
  • Full design and layout of the corporate website in Odoo, built to communicate the service portfolio clearly and professionally.

All of this followed an iterative methodology (assessment, functional design, configuration, testing, and deployment) to ensure adoption and operational continuity.
