In particular, what catches our attention is:
- Analytical ability and a strong academic record.
- A drive for excellence and high ethical and professional standards.
- Diligence and commitment demonstrated in previous work experience. Specifically, professionals committed to their employers, with long-lasting past collaborations that show this commitment.
- Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written.
- Professional ambition and the dual ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Intellectual curiosity and a desire to learn and keep developing within the company.

If these values resonate with you, we want to meet you!
What will you do?
We are looking for someone who wants to see real results in our clients' processes. Your contribution will be tangible from day one, combining development, quality and deployment. These are the key activities you will take on:
- You will be part of the operations team whose challenge is to successfully deliver digital transformation projects for our clients.
- You will deploy complex technical solutions based on Odoo, Python, React and SQL in a mixed Cloud environment (mainly Azure). You will also take part in Advanced Analytics, BI and Cybersecurity projects.
- You will also be in charge of creating attractive, effective landing pages to maximize lead generation.
- You will design and develop Odoo modules and adjacent services (APIs, integrations) to deliver end-to-end digital solutions that meet measurable business objectives.
- You will be the Warehouse and Accounting specialist: you will model and fine-tune inventory flows (routes, multiple warehouses, replenishment rules, valuation and traceability) and our clients' accounting operations (Spanish localization, VAT, bank reconciliation and period closings).
- At all times you will be the project's technical reference: you will define the solution and lead the main execution of the implementations, with the team's support whenever needed.
- You will also broaden your scope as a Data Engineer and Data Scientist, developing solutions in ADF (Azure Data Factory), Python and PowerBI to design and lay out dashboards that give our clients valuable, actionable information.
Responsibilities
Management
- Coordinate the planning, execution and monitoring of technology projects, ensuring that timelines and objectives are met.
- Document processes, requirements and deliverables in collaboration with technical and functional teams.
- Interact with internal and external clients to gather requirements, manage expectations and present progress.
- Lead working sessions to identify opportunities for improvement and propose digital solutions.
- Mentor mid-level and junior profiles, reviewing PRs and spreading good practices (OCA style, coding and security guidelines).
Development or Integration
- Development and customization of modules, views and plugins in Odoo and/or Wordpress.
- Architecture, development and advanced customization of Odoo modules (v16+): models/ORM, @api decorators, ACL/record rules, server actions, QWeb/OWL, JavaScript and XML, with a focus on performance and maintainability.
- Integration of Odoo with other platforms and systems through APIs.
- Development of web solutions both on CMSs and with modern frameworks: Angular, React, Laravel, Flask and/or Vue.js.
- Integration of tools through ETL/ELT flows in serverless and/or orchestrated environments.
- Contribute to migrations/upgrades (OpenUpgrade or others), localizations (accounting/VAT) and multi-company/multi-country deployments.
- Version control using Git-based VCS systems.
Warehouse and Inventory
- Analysis and design of the client's logistics processes: receipts, locations, picking, packing, shipping and returns.
- Advanced configuration of Odoo Inventory: multiple warehouses, routes and replenishment rules, minimum stock rules, cross-docking and make-to-order or buy-to-order.
- Inventory valuation (standard, FIFO and average cost), perpetual inventory and its correct reflection in the accounts.
- Traceability by lot and serial number, cycle counts and discrepancy control.
- Warehouse integrations with third parties: carriers, external WMSs, barcodes and radio-frequency terminals.
Accounting
- Implementation and configuration of Odoo Accounting with the Spanish localization: chart of accounts, taxes, fiscal positions and journals.
- The full purchasing and sales cycle: invoicing, bank reconciliation, management of receivables and payables, SEPA batch payments and due dates.
- Tax and reporting obligations: VAT, AEAT tax forms, SII and electronic invoicing.
- Analytic accounting, periodic closings, fixed assets and reconciliation between inventory valuation and the accounting result.
- Migration and loading of accounting data from the source system, with reconciliation and validation of balances.
BI and Analytics
- Building ETLs in SQL or Python (XML-RPC, REST or similar APIs) on SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL and Parquet.
- Building dashboards in PowerBI and occasionally in Microstrategy or Qlik.
- Prompting AIs via terminal or API to look up information, write code, review texts and, should the project require it, automate complex processes (document parsing, image classification, extracting insights from datasets, etc.).
Cybersecurity
- Installation of a security ecosystem based on Office Protect, Bitdefender and LastPass.
- ISO 27001 pre-implementation.
Maintenance and Support
- Maintenance of the Cloud web server and LAMP environment, monitoring, incident detection and resolution.
- Maintenance of web applications based on the CMSs Odoo and Wordpress.
- Maintenance of the transactional email delivery system.
One month
On your first day we will welcome you at our offices, located at Av. de Ciudad de Barcelona 132, 1st floor.
During the first week we will move ahead with the onboarding process and equip you with all the tools you need.
You will meet with your manager to set objectives and a three-month work plan, and from the first week you will take on real work on a client project.
Three Months
You will be adding value across different projects and will be a go-to person for Warehouse and Accounting, dealing directly with the client.
You will have put your first developments and implementations into production and will know our working method inside out.
We will also expect your first suggestions for improvement based on what you have seen, both in client projects and in our internal processes.
Six Months
You will lead the technical definition and execution of your projects with full autonomy, and you will be the escalation point for everything involving Warehouse and Accounting.
You will have a meeting with management to compare notes, in both directions, on how the fit is working out.
And you will have started building the team: code review, shared judgment and mentoring of mid-level and junior profiles.

The basics...
- A STEM university degree (bachelor's, licenciatura or master's), preferably in Engineering, Mathematics or Physics.
- More than 5 years of professional experience developing and implementing solutions on Odoo.

- You have experience with reporting tools: PowerBI, Tableau, Qlik, Microstrategy.

- Potentially funding part of it.
- Benefits in Kind: the option of receiving part of your pay in kind (meal vouchers, childcare, health insurance and/or training).

- Complementary Projects: as you will read in the about us section, we collaborate on projects of various kinds, such as social platforms and/or the production of podcasts.
When and where will you work?
- Remote-friendly work, at least 20% of the time and up to 60%, subject to the project, the client and your manager's approval.
- As for where you live, the only requirement is to reside in the Community of Madrid and/or be able to get to the workplace, or to meetings that may come up unexpectedly, within an hour and a half.
- The standard working day is 9:00 to 18:30 Monday to Thursday and 9:00 to 15:00 on Fridays. Everyone arranges their working day within the 8:00 to 20:00 window to complete their 40 weekly hours as they see fit, always trying to meet the needs of the project and the client. We have an ERP (Odoo) where we log our hours to keep detailed track of the effort spent so that we can bill it to our clients.
- You will have 23 days of vacation per year by contract under the collective agreement, to which we add 2 extra days granted by the company if you meet your objectives.

Frequently Asked Questions
No, the person we are looking for must be based in Madrid and available to come to our offices or the client's offices in line with the remote working model on offer.
Immediate start.
We understand that it is impossible to match a role 100%, and we appreciate your honesty. All we ask is that you be realistic. It is normal not to meet the odd requirement, but we expect you to be aware of your own limitations and, if you apply, to have relevant and complementary experience or training.
That said, for this role there are three requirements we do not negotiate: a STEM university degree (bachelor's, licenciatura or master's, preferably in Engineering, Mathematics or Physics), more than 5 years of professional experience, and having implemented Odoo's Warehouse and Accounting modules for clients. If you meet all three and are missing some of the rest, apply and tell us which ones you don't meet: we value honesty.
We are a technology consultancy with a strong culture and a workload typical of our sector. We don't like working overtime, but the working days are intense. Whatever your role, you will have responsibility and clear objectives, and both internal managers and clients will be demanding about deadlines, deliverables and reporting.
We have grown from 3 people in 2021 to 15 in 2025. Our goal for 2030 is to reach revenue of €5M/year.
How do I apply?
You will find the apply button at the top and bottom of this page. When you click it, a page will open where you can answer a few questions and submit your CV.

Positive Impact
Kindness, Honesty, Loyalty and Respect
We act in line with our values and our Code of Ethics, treat all parties respectfully and pleasantly, are socially and environmentally aware, and are firmly determined to add value by building relationships that we look after over the long term.
Adding Value
Drive for Excellence and Results Orientation
We offer high-quality solutions and work so that every euro our clients invest turns into value for their firm. We take responsibility for the full project life cycle, operating on the principles of efficiency and effectiveness, beginning with the end in mind and seeking synergies and win-win strategies.

Flexibility, Empathy and Transparency
Our sector and our clients' needs are constantly changing. We are aware of these needs, and considerate and understanding toward them. We are willing to help, and we do so by being flexible about changes to initial requirements, deadlines and costs.

How do we work?
Our working philosophy is agile and project-oriented. Odoo is our CORE system (ERP, CRM, HCM, PPM, CMS and DMS), which we complement with the Microsoft ecosystem for email, office software and communication.
In terms of governance, we plan on a weekly basis and hold dailies and weeklies so that progress is coordinated and we can help each other with any blockers that arise. We send follow-up minutes to clients so they can keep track of the project's progress, and we keep unit cost control for each project. To do so, we log our hours against the different projects we work on.
To make asynchronous work easier with such diverse teams, you will share your experience as explicit knowledge by creating and/or updating documentation and procedures. That way, the rest of the team can consult it, update it and benefit from it.
You will be in continuous training, so if you come across something you lack the qualifications or experience for, you will have the opportunity to train in it.
The standard dress code is business casual, which for men means wearing a shirt, long pants and closed shoes, and for women a formal, understated equivalent, avoiding sportswear or overly casual clothing.
Our code of ethics governs how we behave both within the company and in our dealings with clients, suppliers and the communities where you are present on the company's behalf.
Where do we work?
Our profession demands a close relationship with our clients, so most of our consultants visit them or work some days at the client's own offices. In addition, we try to get together at least three times a week at our offices.
