• Call forwarding: automatically forward calls to specific numbers, such as mobile phones and other extensions, and handle calls outside working hours or in specific situations.
• Voicemail: a voicemail box where callers can leave a message when an employee can't answer.
• Conference calls: hold conference calls or phone meetings to help your employees work together or to talk with clients and business partners.
• Call log: a record of incoming and outgoing calls lets you keep track of communications and improve customer service.
• Security features: caller ID and the ability to block certain numbers.
• Extensions anywhere: use your PBX extensions from any device.

A high-quality, secure and independent Wi-Fi network for your staff, clients and partners.

Maximum grant: €150 per site (€200 per site with an access point). For the full service period: 12 monthly payments.

• Centralized management: the solution comes with a centralized controller.
• Mesh networking: the solution lets you build wireless mesh networks.
• Security: advanced authentication methods such as WPA3, digital certificates and user authentication, plus strong encryption to protect data integrity and confidentiality.
• Traffic prioritization: as part of the quality of service (QoS) requirements, certain types of traffic are given priority.
• Analytics and monitoring: monitor and diagnose network issues, and analyze traffic to optimize performance and spot potential security problems.
• Cloud integration: connect your Wi-Fi network to cloud services and platforms for more flexible, scalable management.
• The Prestador de Servicios y Soluciones de Conectividad Adherido (the provider registered with the program) takes care of installation and setup, user support and training, where applicable.
• Optionally, the service may include an access point.

Cloud storage and backup (Basic). A data storage service for your business. Your data is kept on remote servers in the cloud, with advanced security measures that keep it protected.

That means you can reach your data from anywhere with an internet connection, without worrying about security or about managing storage hardware of your own.

Maximum grant: €500 per SME. For the full service period: 12 monthly payments.

• Storage: 1 TB or more and less than 5 TB of cloud storage, for full control of your data.
• Infrastructure located in Spain or the European Union.
• Availability and remote access: the service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, from anywhere with an internet connection.
• Unlimited data transfer.
• Built-in database backup: your data is backed up so that no information is lost.
• The Prestador de Servicios y Soluciones de Conectividad Adherido takes care of setup, user support and training, where applicable.

Maximum grant: €2,000 per SME. For the full service period: 12 monthly payments.

• Storage: more than 5 TB of storage, for full control of your data.
• Scalability: scale your storage space up or down as your needs change.
• Advanced security: backup for company servers, desktops and laptops, encryption of data in transit and at rest, two-factor authentication and regular security audits to protect your data.
• Integration with other productivity tools.
• Clear privacy policies: the service has clear, transparent policies on data privacy.
• Setup, user support and training, where applicable.
• Dedicated guidance and support during the data migration and for the entire duration of the service.
